Which Garnier Micellar Water Is Best?

I am obsessed with Garnier’s Micellar Water for removing my makeup before cleansing with a facial wash at night, and in the morning to just cleanse my face really quick. But now they have four different ones and I’ve tried 3 of them, so I thought I’d share my experience with each one!

For reference, my skin-type is combination-oily, and get a super oily t-zone in the summer.

The All-in-1 Cleansing Water for All Skin Types (Pink label)
This is the famous original Garnier Micellar water, and I instantly fell in love with it when I brought it two years ago. I love it to remove my makeup before hopping in the shower at night and cleansing my face.

The All-in-1 Cleansing Water for Waterproof Makeup (Blue label)
I originally brought this one to see if it’d do a better job than the pink one to remove more of my mascara, and it didn’t. Now I can’t say whether or not it works for waterproof makeup because I don’t choose to wear that type of makeup, but I did think it’s help with removing my mascara better. It just left my face feeling super oily and un-refreshed, therefore I didn’t use it in the morning. This really has been my least favourite out of the three.

The All-in-1 Mattifying Cleansing Water for Oily Skin (Green label)
This one has been my favourite out of all them for in the mornings. I will soak a makeup cotton pad and just swipe it all over my face, really focusing on where my skin is oily. It really helps to refresh my skin, help with my shine during the day and the makeup application too!

I have yet to try the Argan Oil infused micellar water (gold label), which I believe is best for long-wear makeup. I’m unsure as to whether I want to try this now that they’ve released and oily skin one, but it might be a go in the winter months. Let me know if you’ve tried it and what your thoughts are on it!!
