I often get sore tummies, feel bloated, or just generally don’t feel great, but ever since I came across Happy Healthy Mama’s Anti-Bloat Smoothie recipe, I have been feeling soo much better!! It has made my stomach settle down, and it’s boosted my mood, PLUS it doesn’t taste as bad as what I thought it might (if you like cucumbers you’ll love this!)
I have tweaked it a little to my own tastebuds… just blend everything together and enjoy!!
What you’ll need:
1 banana, peeled
1 inch slice fresh ginger, peeled
1/2 cup coconut water
